The Fourth Annual Directors Forum will be held in New York City on November
9-11, 1997. A program of the AFA, this annual conference is a vital resource
for leaders of small- to medium-sized art museums. The three-day agenda
includes lively general sessions and participatory workshops that address
specific challenges confronting art museum leaders, plus musuem visits and
receptions. Participants return to their home institutions with an enlarged
network of personal contacts, expert professional advice, and new practical
skills.
Directors Forum is open to full-time directors of nonprofit art musuems and
galleries who are not members of AAMD. Specifics about this year's program
