I am sure any number of museums have done this kind of manual.  The one I am
familiar with was done by the NC Museum of History, Raleigh, NC.  I believe a
good contact is Obelia Exum.  Their phone number is 919-715-0200.  I am sorry
I don't have an email address for them.
