I hope that one would not use the number of exhibits as the only criteria
for any such evaluation of salaries.  A university museum should be
engaged in research and teaching as well as the creation of public
programmes including exhibits as well as developing and maintaining of
relations with the communities it is integrated with.  In all of these it
is the quality that counts and not the quantity.
