Dear Museum L:

For those of you who have recently built new exhibit galleries or those
of you who are planning to, what services do you expect a design firm to
provide you?  Most design firms provide many more services than just
design, what other services do you expect when you contract these
firms?  Also, what services would you like to receive from a design
firm?
