<<likely to have the same effect as the books did - strengthen the desire
to
see the real thing - rather than become a substitute for the museum
itself.
 It's a great second>>  Not today, not tomorrow but during the careers of
folks curently active, virtual museums, shades of the hologram deck will
offer not just a painting hanging on a wall but the painting in context
even perhaps the ability to watch it being created-virtually.  Not a Greek
statue as it looks today but colored as it was newly made.
