If you're looking for references to these, you might want to try some other
terminology as well. The Art and Architecture Thesaurus calls them Baby
Carriages. I suspect that the English nannies who drive them around would
refer to them as Perambulators or Prams. I presume you're looking for the
big vehicles on big wheels as opposed to strollers and such? Hope this

Fort Steele Heritage Town, BC (Canada) has a few baby buggies in our
collection. However, we know little about the styles and designs of
these items. Does anyone know of an insitution that would have
information on these types of items? Or else maybe of a resource book
that we could obtain in order to find out a bit more about them?
