Someone mentioned to me some statistics (I believe from ASTC) about
computer/multimedia exhibit floor vs repair shop time ratio (i.e. for every
300 hundred floor hours a computer spends XX amount of time in repair).

Does anyone know these figures? What are the numbers and where do they come
from?
