ICOM New Zealand will be offering pre and post conference tour options to New
Zealand for delegates to the 1998 conference to be be held in
Melbourne,Australia.

We hope that all members of the International Council of Museums will join us
in the Antipodes later next year!

The New Zealand tour will include:
hosted functions at Te Papa, the soon to be opened Museum of New Zealand in
Wellington

bus tours to regional museums and through the scenic centre of New Zealand's
North Island taking in the traditional Maori culture, volcanoes, geysers and
Lake Taupo

On the water cruising in Auckland, the world's largest Polynesian city and
currently home to the yachting trophy-the Americas Cup
