Well, for one, the LBJ Library and Museum on the UT campus in Austin.
My guess is that most (all?) presidential libraries are also museums.

Yes, the Presidential Libraries are combo Library-Museums (the Ford is
the only exception--the museum is in Grand Rapids, MI and the Library is
in Ann Arbor, MI).

All of the state historical societies in the US that I've ever visited are also
combos, holding both archival and museum collections.  Are there any
that aren't?
