Hello to all:

I am writing a grant that requires I calculate the hourly worth of a
trained museum docent preparing and providing tours for preschool
children.  Can anyone direct me to a guide or publication that estimates
this worth?  Good volunteers, like works of art are priceless, but
sometimes circumstances require us to put a dollar figure on them.  All
input is appreciated.
