This week the museum education community lost a shining star.  Mr. Clive
Andriesse, from the Museum of Science and History in Jackonville, Florida,
passed away on Wednesday from a heart attack.

For those of you that did not have the pleasure of working with him, Clive
was a devoted science educator and had a long career in making science fun
for students and adults.  He was very aggressive in his promotion of
National Science and Technology Week, and he spent untold hours of his own
time working with local teachers and students.  He will be sorely missed.
