Pls send your snailmail address and I'll end you a copy of our disposals
policy. we are willing to sell, trade or give away, but only from our living
history collections. Deaccessioning from our main (National) collections
requires approval of our Board of Trustees but it is done to get rid of items
which we have in abundance and which we could turn into money for new
acquisitions or trades. For example, we are now looking for a reasonable price
for a Panzer Mk. I tank. What will you offer in trade???!!! If not, how about
an Italian tankette? or maybe 20 gross of Canadian Army buttons?
