    I fail to see the problem with this.  What is so wrong with
    duplication of slides of conservation work.  If this is an
    employee of the Museum, wouldn't it seem only fair that they be
    able to take advantage of this research?  Perhaps I am unclear as
    to what "personal use" constitutes in this case.  I am assuming
    that they are not selling these images or offering them for
    publications outside their own work.  Do I missunderstand?
    Museums are in the business of offering research to many people.
    At our Museum, this means supplying slides at a nominal fee to a
    variety of people for a variety of reasons--of course, with an
    agreement as to how they will be used.
