mailing list I received persistent mailings from one address.

We simply cannot be at the mercy of these people; I now receive more junk
email that I do items of legitimate interest. My spam response doesn't daunt
them. Is there any way the list owner could bar the gate to these parasites?
What kind of action could we, or the list owner, take?  A united front should
be able to cure this growing problem.                Jay Fahey
