I posted this earlier, but my subject line
was unclear.  Here's a second try.

It has been discovered that one of our
employees has been duplicating a large number
of slides for personal use.  These slides are from
our files of conservation treatments, collections
objects, and clients' objects.

When challenged, the employee claimed that there
are no "rules" regarding the use and duplication
of these images.  Everyone else feels that it
is simply understood that such material is the
property of the institution.

Now that it looks as if we will have to draft
such a policy, I am interested in your input.
