At the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, all security personnel are
trained in basic First Aid and CPR. Along with security, safety and
emergency preparedness are the responsibility of LACMA's Protective
Services Department. Training is provided on-site to other departments
as well by the Emergency Coordinator, who is a Red-Cross certified
instructor. (I am unaware if Italy has a Red Cross or similar
organization.) LACMA also has a First-Aid Room with a bed available if
an ill person must lay down.

In life-threatening situations, quick response is critical. There
should always be someone close by with a radio or phone who can
immediately call an ambulance or the paramedics if needed.
