Samantha, I noticed on my way out the door this morning that today's
Charlotte Observer had a story on an artwork on display in the Winthrop
University library.  Apparently one of the components of this sculpture is a
freeze-dried kitten which the student had ordered from the company which
supplies the biology labs with animals to dissect.  Public outrage.  Humane
Society investigation.  It's not a museum, but it will be interesting to see
what happens with this.
