Thought I posted the original question, I maintain that our
visitors/tourist are actually our "guest" and "customers".
They are coming to see us and expect to see a quality and
professional musuem.  They purchase through donation/admission
fees "admittance" to the museum, that would make them a
customer.  They make purchases from the store.  They are
customers and guest who are visiting our museum.

However, through marketing we are hitting "tourist markets"
seeking "tourist" to seek out our museum.  And we are asking
our community to "visit" the museum.  But, once on the museum
grounds, each we treat as customers and guest. We go out of
our way to make our guest at home. We strive to satisfy our
customers with surveys to get their opinions, and thank them
hoping they will return (or at least spread that good customer
service they had at the museum to their friends and families).
