AAM's Technical Information service has a series of Resource Reports,
including "Guide to Museums Studies and Training in the United States"
which was published in '94. Here is the description:

"This report consolidates information on museum studies programs and
other training opportunities for museum professionals. The information
is indexed by the following categories: undergraduate, graduate or
certificate museum studies programs; internships and fellowships;
mid-career training opportunities; nonprofit management programs;
historic preservation programs; conservation training; and arts
management programs."

I don't know whether there is anything more focused on museum ed.

The guide is available through the AAM bookstore; $10 members, $12
non-members.
