Another weekend -- I seem to ask questions on weekends?

We are looking into developing a contract with local and
regional schools for tours.  Presently, we charge a limited
donations/admission (same for teachers/students).  But
offering a contract with a cheaper rate, with a traveling
trunk program, I heard works great and gets more schools
coming to the museum and/or programs back into the schools.

Any ideas?
