In most cases it is wrong for a staff member to socialize with a board
member-unless they can build a Chinese wall bet. their professional life
and personal life.  But in the real world its board politics that rules
and woe to the director is not better at it than his or her staff. I
suggest the ART OF WAR as reqired reading.
