At the 1995 Visitor Studies Conference, Robert Webb presented a a "review
of uses and effects of backgroung music", drawing on research in consumer
studies and psychology.  On the handout from the session, he stated that
reprints are available from Robert C. Webb, Psychology Department, Suffolk
University, 41 Temple St. Boston, MA  02114.
