We are seeking the loan of architectural ornaments and architectural
models designed by Louis Sullivan, as well as documents (such as
letters and architectural plans) by or concerning Sullivan.  These
objects and documents will be used in an exhibition of photographs of
Chicago architecture by Richard Nickel.  The exhibition will be held
at the University Museum, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
It will open November 3, 1996 and continue through May 31, 1997.

Any loans, or help in finding institutions that would make loans of
Sullivan related materials will be greatly appreciated.
