About two years ago several people gave a panel discussion at either the
 AAM or WMA conference, about using students as volunteers in museums and
science centers.  Joan Larson of Seattle Art Museum lent me the tape which I
found extremely helpful.  I've lost track of the tape and I'd like to know
who the experts were/are.  Any other information or resources about using
student volunteers would also be helpful.
