Museum-l ers:

I have always been told that in order to justify a pay raise I would have
to provide info from similar jobs at similar sized institutions listing
similar qualifications.  I have been collecting job notices for three
years. Only 10% list salary ranges.  Its catch-22.  Employers don't often
list the salaries, so I can't acquire enough evidence to bolster my case.
Feeling trapped anyone?
