In response to employee requests, the Oregon Historical Society is
reviewing their existing personnel system for evaluating employee
performance.  The committee, which is made up of management and
non-management personnel, has been charged with creating a new component
to the system which allows an employee to evaluate their supervisor.
Instead of re-inventing the wheel, we are looking for other non-profits
who already have a process in place to use as a model. Discuss on
Museum-L of the pitfalls and methods of existing systems would be
appreciated. We would also appreciate copies of forms used which could be
faxed to Carla Simon at (503)221-2035.
