The publication is one of a series of standards in the museum care of
diverse classes of objects, edited by the British Museums and Galleries
Commission. As to ICOM so far I have not come across a relevant publication
(of course I may have missed it or them). You could #1 contact ICOM Paris
information centre and #2 the respective International ICOM Committee whose
name I cannot recall at the moment. By the way, I am quite delighted with
the list reactions to your inquiry.
