we are currently projecting video off of an LCD unit.  It is great, we
create a ten hour tape, turn it on and let it run...The quality of the
image is excellent and it seems like (so far, we have only had it in place
for twomonths) it will require little maintenance.  The LCD's range in cost
from about $2,000 to $14,000 we have a lower-mid end unit from Sharp.  If
you want, you can run computer animations through the projector...Good Luck
