A folk artist from Wuxi, Jiangsu China contacted Vanderbilt's Fine Arts
Gallery last year looking for assistance in placing a writing minuscule
into a museum's collection. This minuscule of a Chinese proverb written
several times on a human hair was listed in the Guinness Book of World
Records for the smallest writing.
