Dear Listers-
     This is a posting for a cohort who has been asked for his input on
preventive building techniques for a new collection storage facility.  This
facility will include a quarantine area, a loading dock, offices, and, I
assume, restroom facilities (it has been some time since I have seen the
bluelines).  Any and all two cents are very appreciated; please post
directly to me and not to the list.
