must accompany the registration form (no faxes, please).  Places
cannot be reserved until the fee is received.  If workshops are
filled, you will be placed on a waiting list in the event of
cancellations.  Fees will be returned following the workshops to
those who did not get a place.  Consider indicating a second choice
of workshop in case your first choice is filled.
