Since this has been a frequently posted topic, I note for those interested the a
rticle
"Showdown on the Electronic Frontier," by Howard G. Zaharoff, in the
June, 1996 edition of Writer's Digest. Mr. Zaharoff is described as an
"intellectual-property attorney." A note says this article and its companion,
"Questions and Answers About Copyright," are in the new edition of The
Basics of Selling and Protecting Your Writing.
