Has anyone on this list conducted a study to determine the maximum
capacity for school groups as it relates to the quality of the experience
for both the school groups and other visitors to the museum? As our school
group population increases every year we are concerned about the impact
this increase will have on the quality of their experience as well as the
impact it has on the quality of the experience of the other guests who are
also at our site. We will be tracking this via teacher surveys, visitor
surveys, interpreter interviews and monitoring wait time in front of each
building but I am also interested in knowing if there any other published
studies that we could look at.
