Are there guidelines, recommendations, or sources of information concerning the
percentage of gross profit that a nonprofit corporation should be reasonably
spending on salaries, benefits, etc.?

For example, if a nonprofit had a gross income of $200K is it reasonable
to see $100K being spent on executive salaries?
