At the Provincial Museum of Alberta we do set attendance and admission
revenue targets. Our marketing area has primary responsibility to deliver
these figures. Our annual budget run around 10% of our gross revenue figure.
These dollars are "levered" by a factor of three or four through media
sponsorship of various events. Where we can we measure media effectiveness
through surveying coupon redemption etc. If you would like to discuss
