I am interested in finding out how Museums of Contemporary Art are
dealing with the ethics of living artist's rights in exhibition and
collections.

The Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago has a form for the artist to
fill out giving indication of display needs and some basic information
for assembly techniques and materials. Are there other museums that have
similar paperwork? What other steps are taken by your institution?
