I won't call you conservative, but I will call you childless, or at least
daughter-less, since you have apparently never had the experience of taking a
three-year-old girl anywhere by yourself.  What would you do when she needs to
use the bathroom?  She's too young to go alone, you can't give her to a
stranger, and you as an adult male will not find yourself welcome in the
women's room.  I happen to agree that the unisex bathroom idea proposed in
this thread is impractical, but "Dad taking little girls into a restroom while
other men are in there....too much" ??  No, just a fact of life.
