   I'm sorry, but this frosts me.  Here an offer was made to subscribe
   people to a newsletter if one writes back to an email address.
   Instead, I get a dozen replies to the *(&#$ list in my mail box. This
   is a perfect example of how a little thoughtfulness could reduce the
   traffic on this list considerably, and make it easier for more people
   to participate creatively.  Instead, we have people signing off over
   the volume of mail.

   Sorry to add to the clutter.
