IMS informed us this morning that grant payments that were due to be sent
out on January 15 will actually go on January 26th.

For grant categories such as MAP in which the museum must request
payment, IMS informs us that requests received before December 14th will
be filled in the 1/26 payment; requests received after December 14th will
probably be filled in the third week of February, assuming the agency
doesn't shut down again.

Still no news from NEA.  They are supposed to be deciding today.
