There are a variety of audioguide companies offering what was
described in Paula's Freedman posting.  Many visitors appear to
appreciate this "random access" technology over the "linear" audio
cassette tours.  Personally, I like the ability to "randomly access"
information about an object rather than being "towed" through a tour with
the linear media.

I'd like to hear what other people think about this type of media.
