Need info on the care and feeding of antiques? Cleaning collectibles?
Fixing family treasures? Come on over to the Nepean Museum for the final
session of the Sunday Seminar Series!
This Sunday, conservator Terry Quinlan will be discussing
conservation and restoration techniques. The seminars are held in the
popular "antiques roadshow" format, with audience participation following
the speaker, so bring along your treasured heirlooms for practical advice on
how to protect and preserve them.
Admission to the seminar is $6.00 (treats served) and it all begins
at 1pm. The Nepean Museum is located at 16 Rowley Ave, off of Meadowlands
Dr between Woodroffe and Merivale. Admission to the museum itself is
free. For more information, call the museum at 723-7936 or e-mail curator
