I share your interest in getting "lost"  in museums.  Admittedly, I hadn't
considered this prior to your message.   I wonder if asking visitors to
list any exhibits or areas they remember would provide me with the same
information as asking them to draw a map of the hall?  Any comments?  (Any
other "museum-L" folk are welcome to respond.)
