Cheeze folks,  the original poster was talking about long-standing
   listserv participants, not chronologically old.  The point was
   that people who have been on the list for a "long" time (like 3
   years, max), are more likely to prefer cohesiveness to those who
   have participated a shorter time.  Just a casual comment...Man, this
   is silly.
