I suppose by now you have already received an answer to your dolphin eye
color querry.  Sorry to be so slow getting the following.
Sea World of Texas didn't know off hand but volunteered to go look.
Bottle-nosed dolphin eyes are dark chocolate brown.  They look black
under water, but are dark brown in the light.  The pupil covers almost
the entire visible part of the ball, so very little light color should be
seen beyond the dark brown.  For further info you can write to Sea World
