I used a database developed in Filemaker pro to catalog all programs at
Colonial Williamsburg, including audience capacity, educational
objectives, operational hours, interpretive convention, staffing, average
visitor duration, etc., etc. The summary functions give a picture of the
whole in terms of cost per visitor hours delivered in various content
areas, as well as total visitor capacity.
Could you be more specific about some of the attributes of the exhibits
that you wish to catalog as well as some picture of the whole site?
