"What Every Security Director Must Know About the Americans With
Disabilities Act". It features an interview with Ernie Lipple, Manager of
Visitor and Security Services for the Children's Museum of Indy since they
have an exemplary ADA program, probably the first in the US.  It was
designed to make security directors aware of the requirements of the
law--a good overview--since they most often have first contact with
disabled visitors, but it would be useful for other staff. Horizon
Institute makes a lot of museum security training videos and programs and
their stuff is used in hundreds of museums. Hope you find this useful.
