The wonders of modern technology combined with morning
          grogginess contributed to the unsigned post announcing the
          publication of final NAGPRA regluations.  Sorry.  (For all
          those who don't know, NAGPRA is the Native American Graves
          Protection and Repatriation Act, passed in Nov. 1990.)
