This may be quite a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone out there had
some suggestions for books/articles on Puritan gravestones in England.

I'm attempting to compare first generation New England Puritan gravestone
art (esp. the death head) with English or even Scottish gravestone art
for a paper I'm currently working on.

I am already well aware of the plentitude of literature on New England
gravestone art, but would welcome any suggestions on books/articles that
relate "Old" world and "New"
