I can think of two outdoor examples in Arizona. The Gila River Indian
Community's visitor center between Phoenix and Tucson used to have
reconstructions of Hohokam pithouses on display. I haven't been there
in several years, so I don't know if they're still there but the staff
should be able to speak to how the project was done, etc. The Desert
Botanical Garden has a Native Peoples trail that features an Apache
wickiup and a Tohono O'odham/Pima/Hohokam (?) food processing ramada.
I am pretty sure these structures were built by Native Americans. The
Botanical Garden in Phoenix can be reached at (602) 941-1225. Sorry,
I don't know if they're on the Internet, nor do I have a phone number
for the Gila River Indian Community. You should look into other tribal
museums as well.

Don't know if this rates a s'mores, but here it is...
