from documentation I have, it looks like you did it right, but try sending
the same message to [log in to unmask]   Other than that, I don't know
what to tell you.  Perhaps the server has been down or it just takes a
while for the signoff to take effect.  Kinda like calling to stop junkmail,
and finding out they print their address labels 3 to 4 months in advance!
